Onus of checking whether the homeopathic medicines are allowed by the custom department in their country.,lies on the person using our services.

Services of Indian postal services shall be used for sending the medicines, to the places where sending the medicines by private courier is not possible.

Person using our services can enquire about the prescribed medications, but this enquiry shall preclude explanations with respect to prescriptions.

In case the patient misses 2 appointments, then the 3rd appointment will be scheduled after 10 days.

It is the duty of the person using our services to ask for the follow-up appointment, as accurate calculation, with respect to medicine start and end date by the patient, is not possible by us.

E-mail interactions by logged in patient with respect to appointments, consultation, help etc.,will be highly appreciated. This will allow us to maintain the treatment records in a much more systematic manner.

The person using our services will have to call us at the time of the appointment that has been scheduled for them.

If the person using our services has not received the medicine on time then the medicine will e resent after verifying and ascertaining the cause of delay.

Indian nationals, who are residing outside India or are tax payee in any other country, shall be treated as an international patient and therefore the treatment charges for the International patients will be applicable to such persons. In case of any query/doubt, persons as mentioned above, will be requested to send the proof for the same.

The refund will only be approved and granted if the proof ,as requested,of the payment is attached along with the request for refund.

There are certain limitations which effect to the online treatment hence we are also dependent on the information as provided by the person using our services. However, every endeavor is made to curtail these limitations by intensive case analysis. Therefore, we expect the patients is to provide us with the detailed information with respect to the disease, history of disease, the medicines currently being used.

The biggest limitation in online treatment in that in case of any emergency, we will not be able to examines the patient. Hence, we expect the patient to take a proactive role in such demanding emergency conditions by contacting the local hospital in such a scenario our clinic (attending physician) will not be responsible for eventually or consequences resulting from any such eventually.

Homeopathic medicines are highly diluted and do not cause any side effects if taken under guidance.
